Gifford Construction, Inc. is located in Redding, California, and has been serving the construction needs of Northern California since 1972. Locally owned and operated, Gifford Construction, Inc. specializes in new construction and remodeling of commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. Currently, we hold contractor licenses for general building and general engineering construction. We have experience in using virtually every kind of structural system and architectural finish.

We work primarily in Shasta and Tehama Counties and we know the local conditions, subcontractors, suppliers, and building officials. We maintain a large staff of dedicated, qualified individuals, many of whom have been with this company for over 20 years. We are committed to using the most advanced construction and project management techniques.

By utilizing our employees and qualified subcontractors we are consistently able to meet our owner’s budget and schedule requirements on our negotiated work. Our project managers, superintendents, and working foremen have the experience, skill, and commitment necessary to ensure a quality product. We will not take on work that we cannot properly staff or prosecute.
